WHO WE ARE

Studio La Banane is the visual work of Kelsey Holmes, a creative director, designer, and photographer from Portland, Oregon.

Her work pairs nostalgia with modern sensibilities and gravitates toward objects and images that feel kept rather than consumed: the labels on the cans in your grandma's pantry, the records you flipped through as a teen, the family photos being sold at a thrift shop. It lives in the space between documentation and imagination, where something ordinary can feel surreal.

Everything is crafted by hand, analog-influenced, and made without AI, out of a reverence for authentic making and the human experience behind it.
